Our first site analysis

Discuss how to do the site analysis

This was a new group for our project 6.
This project 6 we need to design a stage that build on the site beside the blok studio.

This our final design of the stage after discussing with all group members.
The design concept was came from the Marine Shells.
We named our stage as Cascara that means shell in language of Spanish.



For this project , we need to draw the presentation drawings on A1 paper with coloured.

Our presentation drawings board that include plan and site analysis.

Our second presentation drawings board that include details joints , perspectives drawings and the section.

For the presentation drawings , we are cooperate to complete it at studio through all members are participants on colour the drawings,preparing final report and write the description for the each drawings.

When the project 6 in process, we all are very happy and enjoy to work together , eat supper together and discuss together. That was a happy time for us even we just can back to hostel at early morning.

We had successfully complete it on time , that was the final product from our cooperate efforts.

Even we had make some mistakes and our final product not perfectly good , we still happy and enjoy the time that all group members together to work. 

First Time & Experience

When I received the letter from USM that stated that I were study at there,I was very excited.
Before came in to USM , I have ask some questions from senior through the Facebook for the course that I take (construction management).

I din have any basic of science because I was a pure art student but is in commerce not in arts since I'm form 4.
Senior told me that was a good course (construction management) because its very different from other sector and can learn how the people manage and build a great building for living and commerce. That was a big knowledge.

Because I'm not good in drawing and I didn't learn any skill of drawing before that , so when senior told me for the studio we need to drawing I was almost be at a loss.

Before that , Senior said taking this course may have some sacrifice when study especially for the studio work such as our resting time and sometimes will back to hostel on early morning. When I heard it, I don't believe it because I don't think that we really need to sacrifice like this and I just think that senior are joke with me.

After I came in HBP,USM, now I only realise that I need to draw on almost every project of studio.
Even my drawings was ugly , I was tried my best to do it well and learned from the studiomasters comments on every times and focus on the lectures.

That's true what that the senior told me, sometimes back to hostel on early morning when have the project. Seriously,back to hostel early morning means that we can only sleep on 2am onwards or maybe more late when our project in process. That was a new experience for me to rest on early morning because before that I always sleep early when I was primary and secondary school.

I had make many new friend through the orientation week and group project. That's was a good time with them..................

For this project, I had make a site visit with my friends.
I chosen Bayan Residences,Relau as my site.

I found that although this place have many facilities such as kindergarden , tuition centre and others , it still have many things need to improve to make the place more safety , more good in environment.
